These terms govern access to the Sentridex platform during private access and customer onboarding. By using Sentridex, you agree to use the service only for lawful internal compliance operations and to keep account credentials secure.

Sentridex provides workflow automation, document analysis and compliance assistance. It does not replace legal advice, regulatory judgement or required human approvals. Your organisation remains responsible for final decisions, filings, customer communications and audit evidence.

Access may be suspended if subscription payment fails, if the organisation is offboarded, or if platform security is at risk. For contractual terms, procurement terms or a data processing agreement, contact support@sentridex.com.
